The Albert Einstein Hospital came up with the idea of creating a continuing education app for general practitioners and invited us to bring the concept to life. The core idea was for the app to work in an adaptive format, meaning each student would receive content tailored to their knowledge level, allowing them to grow and develop accordingly.

I was responsible for leading all design activities, from planning and concept development to facilitating workshops, final design, and usability testing of the app.
We decided to work in a format similar to a Design Sprint, organizing a week of workshops with the content team, medical staff, technology, and business areas to understand needs, objectives, business opportunities, and anything else that could help shape the app’s user experience.
In this process, I planned the activities, facilitated some workshops, supervised others, worked on the first versions of the app by creating wireframes with the team, and later developed the visual design.

After 2 weeks of workshops, discussions, tests and modifications, we understood that the final results met user needs, we delivered the final version to the development teams, that could developed the app in a fast pace process, delivering the app to be launched by the hospital on major app store platforms.
